To the extent required under applicable data processing laws and regulations, any personal information that we collect will be stored in our database and will be used in accordance with such applicable laws and regulations.
How we share information
We will share your information with third parties when required in order to deliver packages, to verify the identity of a package shipper or recipient, to communicate with third party web sites or service providers for the purpose of delivery scheduling or billing, to generate invoices and package delivery receipts, or otherwise as needed to deliver packages or operate our service. Cookies and Tracking Pixels
In general, cookies are small text files which are downloaded to your device when you visit a website. The cookies are sent back to the originating website on each subsequent visit or are sent to another website that recognizes the cookie. Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognize a user’s device.
We use cookies to enhance the user experience of our Site by means such as storing passwords or user preference information. If a user rejects the cookie, some features of the Site may be unavailable. We may also use cookies to track and monitor usage of the Site by users for the purposes of analytics, marketing and Site improvements. Most browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your computer hard drive, block acceptance of cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored.
We may also employ a software technology called tracking pixels that helps us better manage content on our web site, to track the performance of ads, promotions, emails or marketing materials delivered to users. Tracking pixels are tiny image files which are not visible to the eye. The pixels have a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track whether a web page was viewed or whether an e-mail message was opened. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, tracking pixels are embedded in web pages or e-mail messages.
E-mail communications
At any time, you have the ability to opt out of receiving marketing communications from Buzzr, but you may not opt out of administrative emails (for example, emails about our service or package delivery status messages) while you are a registered user. You can opt out by either changing your e-mail preferences or using the link provided at the bottom of each email message.
Children under 13
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at [email protected].
Security
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal and payment information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, due to the nature of Internet communications, evolving technologies, hardware or software failure, and other factors which may be outside our control, the security of user information may be compromised at any time. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information and disclaim any assurance that such information will remain free from loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties who, despite our efforts, obtain unauthorized access.

Our Site may have links to the sites of other companies. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of those companies.
Governing law
This Privacy Policy shall be exclusively governed by and construed in all respects under the laws of Israel, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provisions. Any and all legal claims, suits or actions that arise in connection with this Privacy Policy or with breach of this Privacy Policy shall be submitted to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
